We are seeking a Medical Operations Associate Manager to join our Medical Affairs team, supporting our Italy organization in a hybrid work mode.
In this role, you will deliver compliant local Medical Affairs operations while collaborating with country colleagues, cross-functional teams, and global functions.

/ph3Location Work Model /h3pMilan (hybrid) /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive compliant country Medical Affairs activities across therapeutic areas and local systems.
/liliMaintain audit readiness, legally required records, transparency reporting, ABAC documentation, and GXP processes.
/liliLocalize SOPs and work instructions, develop process guides, and identify operational improvements.
/liliManage vendor lifecycles, assessments, CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, purchase orders, budgets, and expenses.
/liliCoordinate advisory boards, symposia, training, congresses, venues, travel, IT, and catering.
/liliLead meeting agendas, communications, actions, follow-up, trackers, and operational updates.
/liliManage employee onboarding, offboarding, team meetings, administration, and offsite planning.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
/lili6-8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech operations, coordination, project support, or administration.
/liliCountry organization experience and knowledge of local compliance, transparency, governance, and regulated processes.
/liliMicrosoft Office, Veeva CRM, Vault Medical, PromoMats, and procurement tools proficiency.
/liliLocal-language fluency, with business-proficient English preferred.
/liliStrong organization,



communication, service orientation, and independent stakeholder management.
/liliSignificant Medical Affairs operations and event or congress logistics experience preferred.
/liliiCertis or SAP knowledge and Finance or Procurement partnership experience preferred.
/liliWillingness to undertake occasional business travel.
