ph3Job Description /h3pThe Hardware Engineer will participate to the definition of the hardware topics under the leadership of the Hardware Team Leader within the Handheld Scanners Business Unit.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign of analogue and digital circuits for low power battery operated products; /liliFamiliar with the design/evaluation of microprocessor architecture for image processing devices; /liliDocumentation of design specifications and implementation details; /liliExecute design reviews; /liliUpholding of hardware design standards and methodologies; /liliCollaboration with other team members (including optical, hardware and software engineers) to agree system designs, interfaces and protocols etc.
; /liliFlexibility is essential as specifications may not be fully defined at the start of development; /liliProvide support for the hardware and manage component obsolescence throughout its lifecycle; /liliDevelopment of appropriate test hardware and procedures,



both informal and formal, to prove the correct operation of hardware.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliEducation: Electronics Engineering or Computer Science Engineering (MA Degree) /liliLanguages: Italian - Fluent English /liliExperience: 3/4 years of experience in embedded HW design, low voltage power supply, interfaces.
/li /ulh3Job Details Specifications /h3ulliElectronics platform for embedded system (application processor); /liliMicrocontroller with real time operating system; /liliMicroprocessor Systems knowledge, preferably ARM based; /liliPower supply and battery charger design; /liliElectronic CAD skilled, C/C++ knowledge; /liliAnalog design and 2D image sensors knowledge and LED illuminator (preferred).
