/p /brh3YOUR TASKS /h3 /brul /brliAre responsible for all operational tasks in the hotel, including but not limited to recruitment, reporting, budget planning etc.
/li /brliEnsure our guests experience the best service through optimal staff scheduling /li /brliWork closely with different departments in our Berlin HQ such as HR, Finance, Revenue Management etc.
/li /brliLead directly a team of Assistant Managers and several shift leads in addition to a team of receptionists,
