-- Altea Federation is looking for a young and motivated intern to join the team of one of its partners, specialized in an exclusive offer of online fitness Collecting customer feedback and needs; Writing copy for social posts and newsletters; Building and sending newsletters, starting from Mailchimp templates; Updating the customer contact database in Excel; Creating graphics through Canva templates in various social formats (Instagram post/story, Facebook); Managing content and relationships within the Facebook Community.
You are the person for us if: You have a predisposition for written, spoken, and visual communication, in order to adapt content for distribution on web and social digital channels; You have precision and attention to detail,



especially in managing customer contacts and publishing communications; You are flexible to work in a hybrid place (possibility of working remotely and/or in the office – Milan area).
The ability to seize commercial opportunities and fruitful collaborations for the company is a plus that we evaluate, as a possible future development of the role.
Your pluses: You are an empathetic person; You have good listening skills; You have a good knowledge of English.
