Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
Purpose of the position: As HSE Officer you will be part of the Asset Based Services.
How can you support us?
Support the implementation of the Project/Site HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with Company procedures, standards and applicable legislation Conduct workplace inspections and safety observations, identifying hazards and supporting the development of corrective and preventive actions Promote a strong HSE culture by delivering HSE inductions,



toolbox talks, awareness campaigns and workforce engagement initiatives Monitor subcontractors and site activities, ensuring effective implementation of Life Saving Rules, safe work practices and continuous HSE performance improvement What are we looking for?
Education: bachelor's degree in: technical, scientific or legal disciplines relevant to HSE management Background: 0-3 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment activities.
Languages: Italian Fluent - English Upper-Intermediate (B2) minimum; Technical/IT Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ISO ***** Occupational Health any subjective or discriminatory factors, including but not limited to gender or other personal characteristics.
Regulatory Compliance the principle of equal pay for the same work or work of equal value; the pay transparency requirements set out in EU Directive ******** and the relevant national implementing legislation.
