ppWe are currently recruiting a talented Lawyer or Senior Lawyer to join our Employment team in Milan, who will be supporting senior associates and partners of the team in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters.
You will be advising leading national and international companies operating in the most prominent industries on a wide range of employment matters including general advice, both ordinary and strategic; assistance on contentious matters and the management of the relationship with trade unions; social security law.
/ph3Main duties and responsibilities /h3ulliManaging and advising on a wide range of strategic employment law risks and issues /liliDrafting, advising on and negotiating, as required, a variety of agreements, including contracts of employment,



settlement agreements and supporting general commercial agreements involving employment matters /liliUndertaking complex and routine legal cases involving employment matters including compliances, internal investigations and disciplinary matters /li /ulh3About you /h3ulliItalian qualified lawyer with great academic results /liliWe do not set up upper or lower limits of PQE for our vacancies.
