You will be exposed to a broad range of networking and security technologies, working directly on the design, deployment, support and troubleshooting of customer infrastructure. /p pThe role offers genuine opportunities to develop your technical expertise through btailored training, professional development and career progression /b, while gaining experience across a varied customer base. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, deploy and support network solutions across customer environments /li liConfigure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls and wireless infrastructure /li liTroubleshoot network, connectivity and wider infrastructure issues /li liSupport customer projects, installations and technical deployments /li liManage incidents, changes and service requests through to resolution /li liWork closely with customers, internal technical teams and project stakeholders /li liProvide technical support and guidance across a range of networking environments /li liParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule when required /li /ul h3Technical Requirements /h3 pWe are looking for someone with a strong foundation in networking and infrastructure, ideally gained within a bSystem Integrator, Managed Service Provider or IT consultancy environment /b. /p pYou should have experience with a selection of technologies such as:
