OverviewIn this role you help large, multinational clients in Construction and Power & Energy to optimize risk and insurance programs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions, negotiate with carriers, and oversee end-to-end placement and account reviews.
The position focuses on growing and retaining key accounts while delivering market-leading client service.
You will operate in a global advisory environment that combines industry expertise with leading analytics to enable prudent risk-finance decisions.

ResponsabilitàManage a portfolio of large, complex multinational clients with growth and retention focus
Coordinate with Specialties, Placement, Operations and Insurers to support client retention and new business
Lead insurance program design activities and negotiate solutions with insurers




Provide technical advice and comprehensive reviews of account needs and risks from a managing and financing standpoint
Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees
Host client and insurer meetings with specialist broker and client service teams
Deliver best-practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Engineering or similar
+5 years of experience in a client-facing role within insurance or insurance brokerage
Property-Liability (Combined) insurance experience
Sales acumen and innovative thinking
Fluent in Italian and English
Systematic and pragmatic approach
Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
