This is a role where you will work closely with the CFO and have real ownership of the finance function from day one.To support the next phase of growth, iGravity is bringing its accounting function in-house, as bookkeeping and financial reporting have so far been managed by an external fiduciary. The Financial Accountant will take over day-to-day accounting operations and become the internal owner of iGravity's finance processes, working closely with the CFO and coordinating with the external fiduciary during the transition period.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Bookkeeping & PaymentsEntry of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) invoices, with cost center allocationProcessing of ad hoc and bi-weekly bulk paymentsBank reconciliation for iGravity AG accountsMonthly accruals and prepaymentsFixed asset register and depreciation schedulesSubsidiary ledger management: AR monitoring, dunning, and creditor managementB. TaxVAT return preparation and filing in SwitzerlandEmissions fee on new capitalCalculation of tax liabilities for the annual financial statement and income tax return filingReporting of Capital Contributions to the FTAC.



Compliance & ReportingIntercompany reconciliations between Switzerland and KenyaPreparation of quarterly management accounts and annual financial statementsCoordination with outsourced payroll provider for Swiss payroll inputs and reconciliationAudit file preparation and liaison with external auditorsD.
