What We Offer

- Annual Salary: €40,000 - €70,000
- Stock Options: Available in the early stage
- Trial Period: Initial 6 months, then renewal
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote or Hybrid

Offices Locations:

- Milan (Sales Team)
- Rome (Development Team)

Office presence is appreciated but not mandatory

Team Building: Every 6 months, a 3-4 day retreat with travel and accommodation covered

Hard Requirements

- Programming Languages & Frameworks: Python / Django (adhering to Django Styleguide)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Databases: SQL
- APIs: REST API
- Version Control: Git
- Development Methodologies: Agile / Scrum
- Testing: Unit Testing with PyTest
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Italian (Preferred)
- Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role

Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and maintain the Django platform managing over €500 million in annual advertising budgets
- Working and leading the development team
- Analyze requirements, propose solutions,



and plan implementation strategies
- Develop high-quality software with a focus on reliability and performance
- Achieve over 90% unit test coverage
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Monitor development performance, optimize efficiency, and collaborate with teams
- Promptly and effectively resolve bugs and technical issues
