For the specific position: Is this a new position? Y Is the revenue in the forecast? Y What is the expected margin on this role? 30% Why can't we deliver from a GIDC location? - strong Project Management skills
- DWH Methodology knowledge
- strong technical competencies on DWH tools
- strong Data Management skills
- Public Sector competencies

It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than Manager Why can't we absorb with the existing team / HC? Have we completed Availability Check? Do we have the skills available among tenured resources eligible for rotation or migration, automation, low billability pools? Current team can't absorb new tasks, because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity.
