Within Leonardo Aeronautica's BU Service, specifically in the Aircrew Training organizational unit, we are looking for a Training Development Specialist for our Caselle Sud office.
The Aircrew Training unit, involved in the establishment of an Approved Training Organization (ATO) within the C-27J program,
needs a resource to be employed in the role of Training Development Specialist in the development and implementation of training programs for pilots and flight crews in compliance with current EASA regulations and organizational needs.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
- Develop and update training materials (lessons, exam question database, Training Manual…) for catalog courses;
- Collaborate with instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the relevance and quality of content;
- Ensure the traceability of courses and training activities;
- Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure the compliance of training procedures with current regulations.
Educational qualification: High school diploma or degree in technical subjects, preferably related to aeronautics.
Seniority: Junior/Expert
Technical knowledge and skills:
- Ability to design and develop training materials;
- Knowledge of EASA regulations, in particular Reg.(EU) 1178/2011 and certification specifications for ATO.
Behavioral skills:

- Organizational and coordination skills;
- Problem solving and results orientation;
- Flexibility.
Language skills: Basic knowledge of English at B1 level.
Computer skills: Good knowledge of the Office package.

How does the selection process work?
