ResponsabilitàDesign, analyze and troubleshoot firmware for allocated functions
Provide firmware test specifications and support during product life
Collaborate with tech-support and engineering to solve field issues
Define product specifications in cooperation with other functions and produce technical documentation




Support testing teams in test plan development and result reviews
Create documentation aligned with process requirements (drawings, component specifications)
Motivate and ensure clear information flow within the team
Requisiti fondamentaliExcellent planning and communication skills
Good knowledge of C/C++, version control systems, and DSP architecture (TI oriented preferred)
University degree or technical diploma in Software Engineering or equivalent
Experience in UPS, power converter or low voltage electrical distribution is a plus
Good knowledge of PLM and related processes
Team player with customer orientation and willingness to travel
