The role will contribute to the evolution of the IT operating model by strengthening monitoring capabilities, preventive maintenance, automation, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, working closely with internal technical teams and external technology partners. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations. /li liAnalyze operational trends, recurring incidents, and systemic issues, identifying preventive and corrective actions. /li liDrive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services. /li liOversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms. /li liDefine and monitor operational KPIs. /li liCollaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans. /li liIdentify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions.



/li liSupport the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies. /li liCoordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities. /li liPartner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience. /li liMonitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement plans. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management. /li liExperience in structured international environments. /li liExperience coordinating vendors and outsourced service providers. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of enterprise IT infrastructures. /li liKnowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices. /li liExperience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow. /li liExperience with monitoring and observability tools. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS. /li liFamiliarity with automation technologies and tools. /li /ul h3Cyber Security /h3 ul liKnowledge of Vulnerability Management processes. /li liUnderstanding of Patch Management and Security Monitoring.
