This role will sit at the Alfamation location but be a part of the larger IT team at the parent organization inTEST.
Reporting to the Corporate Vice President, IT and Cyber Security, you will be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesLeading the implementation of the ERP system (Odoo) and serve as the in-house expert post-implementationManaging and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networksInstalling, configuring, and maintaining networking hardware and softwareWorking with and implementing the policies/processes of the corporate organizationEnsuring system security, data protection, and network reliability through appropriate backup systems, firewalls, and monitoring toolsManaging the IT helpdesk, providing support for internal users, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking, and implementing best practices for end-user support,



ensuring timely responses and issue resolutionOverseeing risk assessments and ensuring that the organization complies with ISO ***** standards for information security, conduct regular internal audits, and working closely with external auditors to ensure continued ISO ***** certificationContinuously assessing the organization's IT needs, recommending technology solutions and improvements to optimize business performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)Required SkillsStrong background in ERP implementationProven experience in project managementStrong knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, etc.)Experience with ISO*****, NIS2 & GDPRExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working xrtlpzc with both technical and non-technical teamsProblem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyFluency in EnglishAvailability to travel occasionallyPreferred SkillsCertifications such as Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft (MCSA), CompTIA (Network+), or equivalentExperience with cloud solutions (e.G., AWS, Azure) and virtual environmentKnowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools or data analytics platformFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practices and toolsAdditional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plusPay range and compensation package*****k (annual) + health insurance, welfare, meal vouchers (10 euros/day)Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
