/liliDevelop stakeholder engagement, communications and training plans.
/liliManage readiness, adoption and change governance activities.
/liliTrack risks, gaps, communications and training progress.
/liliWork closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and functional leads.
/liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
/li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulliProven Change Manager experience on D365, ERP or major transformation programmes.
/liliStrong experience in change impact, stakeholder engagement, communications,



training and readiness.
/liliFluent Italian is Critical and mandatory – both written and spoken.
/liliStrong English communication skills.
/liliExperience working with stakeholders in the Italian market.
/liliStrong communication, influencing and analytical skills.
/li /ulh3Desirable /h3ulliD365 Finance Operations experience and Prosci, APMG or equivalent certification.
