You'll play a key role in ensuring that students are matched with excellent tutors while supporting the expansion of exciting initiatives such as LEGO Robotics courses. As part of the Tutor Team, you'll contribute to tutor recruitment, selection, onboarding and operational excellence and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. /ph3Your Role in Our Journey /h3h3Online Tutor Recruitment /h3ulliReview tutor registrations and ensure candidates meet GoStudent's quality standards. /liliGuide candidates throughout the recruitment journey and provide an excellent tutor experience. /liliPerform onboarding and compliance checks, ensuring all required documentation is completed before tutors become active. /li /ulh3Offline Recruitment Talent Acquisition /h3ulliConduct tutor interviews and assess subject expertise, motivation and communication skills. /liliRecruit tutors for GoStudent Learning Centres, LEGO Robotics courses and other offline education projects. /liliSource and qualify tutor candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including outbound outreach. /liliCoordinate interviews, scheduling and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. /liliSupport local recruitment campaigns based on geographical demand and subject shortages. /li /ulh3Cross-functional Collaboration /h3ulliWork closely with centre managers,
