About the Role
We're looking for anOperations Specialistto join our team.
A unique opportunity to gain exposure to bothclient-facing growth workand internal operational processes within the finance industry, and learning how afintech scalesfrom the inside.
Key responsibilities
Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintainongoing contact with clientsduring project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
Assist theBusiness Development teamwith research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships.
Liaise withinternal teams(Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved.
Contribute to theoptimizationof internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurateproject documentationand ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools.
Assist withmarket benchmarkingand research on potential prospects,



preparing background briefs anduse-cases.
What We're Looking For
2 - 3 years of professional experience in operations, client delivery, consulting, or a comparable role requiring coordination across teams;
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business,Management Engineeringor a related quantitative field;
A working understanding of how commercial, technical, and research functions fit together within a company, and the ability to learn anunfamiliar domainquickly;
Comfortable stepping into an existing workstream, keeping it running smoothly, and takingownershipover time;
Fluent written and spokenEnglish, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior external stakeholders.
Premio Points
Prior exposure to ISO standards or certification processes is a plus;
Experience in fintech, banking, asset management, or consulting, whether academic or professional;
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets;
Genuinecuriosity for financial markets, alternative data, or quantitative research;
Working proficiency withproject managementand documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
