Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, translating data into action, and ensuring engagement initiatives deliver measurable business impact. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDrive the Europe Engagement Agenda Deploy the Gallup Survey (and any adhoc survey) within the region ensuring representative participation and full coverage. /li /brliCo-Lead engagement initiatives across Europe and coordinate the annual survey cycle. /li /brliMonitor engagement trends and identify priorities for action. /li /brliEnsure a consistent approach across plants, functions, countries, and clusters. /li /brliBuild a clear engagement narrative that connects employee feedback, leadership behaviors, and business priorities. /li /brliPartner with Leaders Support Plant Managers, HR teams, and leaders in understanding results and building action plans. /li /brliFacilitate debriefs, workshops, and discussions that drive accountability and action. /li /brliPromote engagement as a core leadership responsibility. /li /brliSpend time in plants to understand shopfloor realities and provide adapted, practical support. /li /brliActivate and Animate the HR Community Animate the Engage Live community and encourage active participation. /li /brliDevelop engagement capabilities within the HR community. /li /brliFacilitate webinars, working sessions, and best-practice sharing. /li /brliProvide tools, guidance, and support for local deployment. /li /brliConnect Group, Europe, and Local Teams Translate Group guidance into practical actions for Europe. /li /brliCoordinate deployment across countries and clusters. /li /brliAct as the link between Group HR, Europe leadership, HR teams, and the business. /li /brliCreate Practical Tools and Communication Develop manager toolkits, guides, communications, and learning resources. /li /brliDeliver clear, simple, and actionable messages that support engagement in both operational and office environments.
