You will work with an integrated account team and independently drive self-generated opportunities across the Salesforce Digital technology stack.
You'll craft compelling use cases, lead opportunities through the full sales cycle, and maintain accurate forecasts.
This role combines strategic storytelling with hands-on deal execution to drive digital transformation for public sector customers.

ResponsabilitàServe as subject?matter expert for Italian Central Government in Salesforce Digital solutions
Educate and align the Account Team on Salesforce Digital capabilities
Collaborate to identify target accounts and build use cases and demos
Generate opportunities via networking and prospecting,



maintain pipeline hygiene
Own the full sales cycle: lead gen, strategy, pricing, packaging, and deal closure support
Meet/exceed quarterly and annual quotas and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requisiti fondamentali7+ years in enterprise software or technology sales
At least 3 years selling into Central Government accounts
Proven quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
Experience navigating government procurement processes and contracts
Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
Understanding of digital transformation trends and ability to articulate value to Italian Central Government prospects
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Italian and English; right to work in Italy
