We are looking for someone with a practical manufacturing mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and an interest in advanced precision manufacturing. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliReview customer drawings, technical requirements, product specifications, and tolerances for manufacturing feasibility. /li /brliSupport DFM review, sample development, trial production, and process validation for MIM and precision metal components. /li /brliWork with tooling, production, and quality teams to identify process risks and improve manufacturing solutions. /li /brliSupport new product introduction from early technical evaluation to stable mass production. /li /brliAnalyze production issues and assist in improving process stability, product consistency, yield, and efficiency. /li /brliHelp optimize manufacturing processes related to materials, tooling, forming, sintering, machining, surface finishing, and quality control. /li /brliPrepare and organize technical documents, process records, sample feedback, and project-related reports. /li /brliCoordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements, delivery timelines, and technical problem-solving. /li /brliSupport continuous improvement activities related to quality, cost, delivery, and production efficiency. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brh3What we are looking for /h3 /brul /brliExperience in manufacturing,
