Perform market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures. Support the execution of global Performance Management and Salary Review processes, participating in annual compensation reviews and bonus administration in line with global and local policies. /li /brliDevelop and maintain Global HR KPI dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
