ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring,
calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field
locations. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support
tasks and may provide onsite training to customer support personnel.
This job profile is intended for experienced support-level staff that generally
works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine
situations.

Required Education

Higher Vocational Training in Mechatronics, Industrial Master Technician, a
Mechanical Engineering degree (or any engineering discipline with a mechanical
specialization), or an equivalent qualification, with solid knowledge and
practical experience in rotating equipment, preferably centrifugal pumps,



or
alternatively steam turbines and centrifugal compressors.

Specific Knowledge

* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the supervision of
commissioning activities and field service support for rotating equipment, in
Italy, Spain, Portugal and worldwide. Alternatively, candidates should have
at least 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of rotating
equipment within workshop environments.

* Native Italian speaker, with excellent verbal communication skills.

* High level of spoken and written English (mandatory) and Spanish (valuable).

* Microsoft 365 package.

* High Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention.
