Bioinformatician
The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets to investigate immune-tumor interactions and to support the development of novel immunotherapeutic approaches. She/he will work with bulk and single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics and NGS-based analyses.
Qualifications
Degree in Bioinformatics, Engineering or related fields
Proficiency in Python or R
Experience with NGS and scRNA-seq is a plus
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team; creativity and passion for biological data analyses.
