ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bSenior IC Engineer /b to join its office in bFano, Genoa or Rome, Italy /b within the bPlant Engineering /b Division. /ph3Mission /h3pJoin RINA as a Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer to contribute to and lead projects within our IC Team. This role involves collaborating with peers, executing engineering projects, and playing a key role in the technical decision-making processes of the Division. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3pThe engineer will be responsible for executing Projects within the division, interfacing and coordinating with others. /ppThe candidate will be responsible for his technical duties and potentially those of his Team and will refer through the Division hierarchy. /ppDuties will include the execution of engineering projects from the proposal phase to the final reporting, and they will interface directly with clients and vendors, representing the Company and the IC Department. /ppAbility to develop in autonomy the various steps required in designing instrumentation, control, safety, FG and telecom systems, including preparation of technical specifications, data sheets, architectures, layouts and lists. /ppHe/She can also be required to review the design documentation developed by others, perform Capex, technical bid evaluations, and the Vendor’s follow-up. /ppInvolvement in the technical decisional processes of the Division. /ph3Education /h3pBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering /ppMaster’s Degree in Automation and Control Engineering or Electronics /ph3Qualifications /h3pMore than seven years of consultancy experience in IC for the oil and gas and power generation industry (onshore/offshore). /ppTeam-oriented with the ability to work independently on diverse and challenging activities. /ppProficient in working within a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to complex projects. /ppWillingness to travel in Italy and abroad for short periods based on project needs. /ppWorking knowledge of international standards for Instrumentation, Control, Safety,

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€45000 and €55000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
