Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to deliver world class campaigns for our luxury clients, while learning about a fast moving and consistently growing industry. You will be responsible for making a real success of these campaigns. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related field /li liGeneral knowledge of Paid Advertising /li liAbility to work in a team but also independently /li liStrong organizational skills /li liYou have a good knowledge of English (B2+) /li liYou are a native Italian speaker. /li liAble to complete autonomously tasks assigned and respect deadline /li /ul h3Key Responsability /h3 pbCampaign management /b /p ul liCreate Performance campaigns on the main platforms (i.e Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Criteo and other relevant channels) /li liActively monitor campaigns, auditing and adjusting them for maximum performance /li liCreate ad copies based on materials provided by the clients /li liProduce weekly reporting,
