improving processes and implementing tools and applications to increase customer satisfaction with a successful management of productivity and in respect of high standard level of compliance. You will be responsible for several direct reports in line with business needs. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liControl customs processes ensuring safe, quality, and efficient operations in line with company's policies. /li liCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with group’s policies and applicable laws. /li liBe involved in projects leadership and resourcing in collaboration with local management. /li liOversee workload and tasks assigned to employees; clarify expectations of roles, lead performance evaluations and address corrective action plans. /li liOversee needs for additional resources including participation in recruitment, onboarding and training. /li liEnsure correct use of resources to pursue company’s goals. /li liManage escalations and handle potential claims until resolution. /li liCoordinate with Risk Compliance to handle process and communication with relevant authorities. /li liPreparation and communication of relevant information for employees under your area of responsibilities. /li liBusiness trips might be required. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for:



/h3 ul liDeep understanding of local market and regulations. /li liComprehensive knowledge on logistic landscape. /li liExperience in managing people in a complex environment (engagement, motivation, rewards) and experience in Customs operations. /li liStrong customer-facing and interaction skills with high-level of customer orientation. /li liStrong and proven teamwork attitude. /li liAbility to work under pressure to deadlines and results oriented. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels with a focus on collaboration and network behavior; we work in bEnglish and Italian. /b /li /ul h3Job Location: /h3 pGenoa, Italy.
