forecasting, and financial planningAnalyze revenues, costs, and cash flow across multiple business unitsSupport intercompany reporting and consolidation activitiesImprove reporting tools, financial models, and internal finance processesCollaborate with operational teams to drive financial performanceCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisorsSupport ERP implementation and reporting automation initiativesPrepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic projects and investmentsSupport other Finance Department activities and responsibilities as requiredRequirementsEssential5+ years of finance experience, ideally including 1–2 years in auditDegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related disciplinePrevious experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit, or a similar finance functionStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysisAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial dataStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailAbility to manage priorities independentlyProfessional proficiency in EnglishPreferredExperience in international or multi-company environmentsPrevious exposure to private aviation, luxury, travel, hospitality, real estate, or fast-growing businessesExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting toolsKnowledge of French or additional languagesCompensation and collaborationThis position is offered as a long-term freelance collaboration (VAT number required), as you will provide financial support across multiple companies within the Group.The successful candidate will receive a fixed monthly compensation, complemented by performance-based bonuses linked to the achievement of agreed KPIs, offering the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious international luxury group.Applicants who already have an active VAT number are welcome to apply. xysqume Candidates who do not yet have one but are willing to open a VAT number for this collaboration will also be considered.
