benchmarking and performance assessment; /li liSupport the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders; /li liCoordinate information flows and interact with internal teams, external advisors and operational partners; /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, analysis and performance monitoring tools. /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 h3Profile /h3 pWe are looking for a professional with: /p ul liA degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline; /li liAt least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Investment Management, Transaction or related environments; /li liExposure to Retail or Commercial Real Estate, ideally gained within portfolios including Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Outlets or other commercial destinations; /li liStrong financial and analytical skills, with experience in Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis; /li liUnderstanding of commercial real estate and leasing dynamics; /li liExperience in financial reporting and portfolio analysis; /li liAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus; /li liStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills; /li liAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage different priorities; /li liA proactive, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
