You will support the commercial management and cost consultancy delivery of complex, high-value data centre projects across Italy and Europe. Working alongside senior commercial and project leaders, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and procurement through to construction, commissioning and close-out. /p pThis role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your commercial, contractual and client-facing skills within the rapidly expanding data centre sector while working on some of Europe's most significant digital infrastructure developments. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport the delivery of commercial and cost management services across multiple data centre projects. /li liAssist with the preparation and review of cost plans, estimates, budgets and benchmarking exercises. /li liSupport procurement activities, including tender preparation, tender analysis and recommendation reports. /li liAssist in the administration of contracts, including NEC and JCT forms where applicable. /li liReview contractor applications, variations, change orders and commercial submissions. /li liPrepare regular cost reports, forecasts, cashflow reports and financial updates for project stakeholders. /li liSupport project teams in monitoring commercial risk and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation. /li liAssist with value engineering exercises and life cycle cost analysis. /li liContribute to budget management,



forecasting and financial control processes. /li liParticipate in client, consultant and contractor meetings, providing commercial support and reporting. /li liSupport the preparation of fee proposals, resource planning and project performance reporting. /li liMentor and assist junior team members where appropriate. /li liMaintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with internal governance procedures. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul libEducation: /b Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline. /li libExperience: /b 3-7 years' experience in quantity surveying, cost consultancy, commercial management or a related discipline. /li libProfessional Accreditation: /b MRICS, AssocRICS, or working towards chartered status preferred. /li liGood understanding of construction procurement routes and contract administration principles. /li liFamiliarity with NEC, JCT or similar forms of contract. /li liExperience working on complex construction, infrastructure, industrial, MEP or mission-critical projects is advantageous. /li liStrong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. /li liUnderstanding of commercial risk, change management and cost control processes. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other cost management tools. /li /ul pbCumming Group /b is committed to creating a diverse workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
