We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Communication Team in Italy. The candidate will play an important role in deploying Stevanato Group's global Communication plan by creating captivating, engaging communications to boost awareness and interest among the target audience. /p pThe candidate will be required to plan and execute integrated marketing and communications activities, with a focus on promoting the company's equipment portfolio and related services across channels. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the creation and dissemination of messaging across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and strategic objectives. /li liCollaborate with product management, sales, and subject matter experts to develop compelling technical and marketing content, including brochures, presentations, articles, white papers, website copy, email campaigns, and customer success stories. /li liAssist in the planning, deployment, and performance monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade media, events, webinars, digital campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives. /li liCreate and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, product sheets, and promotional collateral, working closely with internal resources and external agencies. /li liSupport the communication and promotion of corporate initiatives, company milestones, manufacturing facilities, innovation programs,



and strategic investments. /li liWork closely with international stakeholders and regional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and adaptation of content to local market needs, also attending fairs and events. /li liEnsure all communication materials comply with corporate guidelines, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. /li liAct as a collaborative partner across functions, supporting strategic projects and communication initiatives as needed. /li /ul h3Requirements for application /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. /li liLanguages: Italian native / English proficient /li liExperience: at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications in an international and cross-functional environment, preferably in engineering, industrial automation, life sciences, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. /li liSkills: content development and storytelling skills; project management and stakeholder management abilities; good understanding of integrated marketing campaigns; customer-oriented mindset; ability to work effectively with c-level executives /li liTravel: up to 20% /li liAdherence to Stevanato Group's values:
