Our company has one of the largest renewable energy development portfolios in Spain, with more than 14,000 MW, and an equally ambitious international growth plan, with more than 10,000 MW in our portfolio across nine countries in North and South America, Europe and Asia. /p pDue to the continued growth of our Data Center and renewable energy activities, we are now looking for a bProject Manager – Data Centers Renewables /b to join our Engineering team in bItaly /b. /p h3Your main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end development of Data Center and photovoltaic self-consumption projects, from the identification and assessment of opportunities through to the achievement of key development milestones. /li liCoordinate the assessment of new sites, including technical, urban planning and administrative feasibility. /li liCoordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants and other stakeholders involved in the projects. /li liManage relationships with landowners, clients, strategic partners and public authorities, supporting negotiation processes and the finalisation of agreements. /li liMonitor project timelines, budgets, risks and key objectives. /li liCoordinate the preparation of studies, technical documentation and permits required for project development.



/li liIdentify opportunities for improvement and optimisation in order to maximise project feasibility. /li liSupport the continued growth of the company’s Data Center and renewable energy activities in Italy. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liDegree in Civil, Energy or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /li liAt least 3–5 years of experience in the management and development of complex projects, preferably in Data Centers, renewable energy, photovoltaic self-consumption, infrastructure, industrial real estate or related sectors. /li liExperience in end-to-end project management, from the initial assessment of an opportunity through to the achievement of key permits and development milestones. /li liExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with external consultants, landowners, clients, suppliers and public authorities. /li liKnowledge of the main technical, permitting, urban planning and contractual aspects related to the development of energy or infrastructure projects. /li liStrong organisational skills, autonomy and a results-oriented approach. /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders and build effective working relationships /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liSpecific experience in the development of Data Center projects. /li liKnowledge of the photovoltaic self-consumption sector and related development processes. /li liKnowledge of electrical grid connections, substations and grid infrastructure. /li liKnowledge of relevant, regional and local regulations. xlwpduy /li liKnowledge of Spanish. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
