ph3Quality Control Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing) /h3 pScopra di più sui compiti quotidiani, le responsabilità generali e l'esperienza richiesta per questa possibilità scorrendo subito verso il basso.br/ /p pLocation: Umbria, Italy /p pEmployment type: Permanent, Full-time /p pSalary: €50,000–€70,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and seniority. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pWe are supporting a confidential, established Italian manufacturing business with the appointment of a senior Quality Control Manager. /p pThe organisation operates within a technically demanding manufacturing environment where product quality, traceability, inspection and conformity are critical. /p pThis is a senior position with responsibility for the Quality Control function, product inspection activities, non-conformity management and product conformity certification. /p pThe successful candidate will lead the Quality Control team and work closely with production, engineering, suppliers and other internal functions to ensure that manufactured products consistently meet the required technical and quality standards. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that product quality-control activities are effectively planned, performed and documented. /p pYou will manage the Quality Control Inspectors and ensure inspection resources are allocated effectively across the manufacturing operation. /p pA particularly important aspect of the position is responsibility for the Certificate of Conformity (COC) and ensuring that the necessary inspection, testing and documentation requirements have been satisfied before product conformity is formally certified. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and coordinate the Quality Control Inspectors. /li liDetermine and allocate resources required for effective product inspection. /li liDevelop,
monitor and analyse Quality Control KPIs. /li liCoordinate product conformity certification activities. /li liCoordinate conformity certification for relevant special processes performed by third parties. /li liSign and issue Certificates of Conformity. /li liIdentify, issue and record internal non-conformity reports. /li liManage non-conformity reports relating to suppliers of raw materials, machining operations and special processes. /li liSupport investigation of non-conformities and determination of root causes. /li liContribute to the definition and implementation of corrective actions. /li liEnsure compliance with the company's Integrated Management System and applicable procedures. /li liSupport effective management of measuring equipment and metrology activities. /li liWork collaboratively with production, engineering, suppliers and other company functions. /li liIdentify and implement technical improvements to Quality Control processes. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and technically strong quality professional with approximately 7–10 years of relevant industry experience, although more experienced candidates will be considered for the right position. /p pExperience within aerospace or aeronautical manufacturing would be highly advantageous. /p pCandidates from other structured manufacturing environments may also be considered where they have worked with comparable levels of product quality, process control, traceability and technical compliance.
