ppRINA is currently recruiting for a Building Structural Senior Engineer to join its office in Naples and Geona (Italy) within the Civil Engineering Division. /ph3Mission /h3pAs a Senior Building Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of complex building and civil engineering projects. Working with a high level of autonomy, you will ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality project execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3h3Structural Desing Engineering /h3ulliDesign, analyze and verify building structures, ensuring safety, functionality and compliance with applicable codes and standards. /liliPerform structural calculations and analyses using industry-standard engineering software. /liliPrepare engineering deliverables, including calculation reports, technical specifications and construction drawings. /liliDevelop practical and innovative engineering solutions throughout the design and construction phases. /li /ulh3Technical Leadership Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate structural engineering activities within multidisciplinary project teams. /liliProvide technical guidance, mentoring and support to junior and mid-level engineers. /liliCollaborate closely with the Principal Engineer and Project Engineering Manager to ensure successful project delivery /li /ulh3Quality Compliance /h3ulliEnsure all engineering activities comply with RINA's Quality Management System (QMS), applicable regulations and client requirements. /liliReview technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with relevant standards.



/liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote engineering best practices /li /ulh3Client Site Support /h3ulliLiaise with clients, consultants and contractors on structural engineering matters. /liliParticipate in technical meetings, design reviews and site inspections. /liliProvide engineering support during construction, helping resolve structural issues and ensuring design intent is correctly implemented. /liliContribute to structural assessments and evaluations of existing buildings when required. /li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering or Civil Engineering /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering /liliat least 4 years of professional experience in the structural design of buildings and civil engineering projects /liliProven experience in the design and analysis of reinforced concrete, steel and/or masonry structures /liliStrong knowledge of structural analysis methods and FEM software /liliSolid understanding of construction materials, structural behaviour and applicable design codes /liliExperience preparing structural calculations, engineering reports and technical documentation /liliAbility to develop safe, efficient and cost-effective structural solutions /liliNative or equivalent proficiency in Italian /liliFluent English /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently.

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €40.000 and €50.000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
