ph3About the Role /h3pLa preghiamo di leggere attentamente la seguente descrizione del lavoro per assicurarsi di essere la persona giusta per questo ruolo prima di candidarsi. /ppAviomar Flight Academy is seeking qualified and motivated Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKIs) to join our instructional team at our Monterotondo Training Centre. /ppThe successful candidates will deliver classroom-based theoretical knowledge instruction for our professional pilot training programmes, including: /pulliEASA ATPL theoretical knowledge subjects /liliAircraft Type Rating theoretical knowledge training /liliInitial, recurrent and other advanced professional pilot training programmes /li /ulpAll training is delivered in person at our training centre. This is not a remote or online teaching position. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction in accordance with approved ATO training programmes and applicable EASA requirements. /liliProvide classroom instruction for ATPL subjects and/or aircraft Type Rating courses, according to the instructor's qualifications and experience. /liliPrepare and deliver structured lessons, presentations and classroom briefings. /liliSupport students and professional pilots throughout their theoretical training. /liliAssess student progress and provide appropriate feedback. /liliMaintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with ATO procedures. /liliParticipate in instructor standardisation activities and support the continuous improvement of training material. /liliMaintain a professional, operationally relevant and competency-focused approach to instruction.



/li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3pCandidates should have one or more of the following backgrounds: /pulliPrevious experience as a commercial pilot with an established airline or commercial air operator; or /liliPrevious experience as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor within an approved ATO. /li /ulpCandidates should also demonstrate: /pulliStrong theoretical and operational aviation knowledge. /liliFluency in English , with the ability to confidently deliver professional aviation training entirely in English. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills. /liliAbility to explain complex technical and operational subjects clearly and effectively. /liliProfessional attitude and commitment to high training standards. /liliAvailability to work a minimum of three days per week at our Monterotondo Training Centre. /liliPrevious experience delivering ATPL theoretical knowledge or Type Rating ground training will be considered a strong advantage. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3liFull-time or tempo parziale collaboration, depending on availability. /liliContractor-based engagement. /liliMinimum commitment of three days per week. /liliOpportunity to teach both ab-initio ATPL students and experienced professional pilots undergoing Type Rating and recurrent training. /liliAccess to a professional aviation training environment combining theoretical instruction with advanced flight simulation and practical training. /liliOpportunity to become involved in additional training programmes according to experience and qualifications. /lih3Work location /h3pMonterotondo Training Centre – Rome, Italy /ph3Training format /h3p100% in-person /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
