The product is live, handling thousands of real patient calls, and scaling to new customers every week. /ph3The role /h3pWe are looking for a Founding Go-to-Market to take real ownership of our commercial engine and revenue streams. You'll work at the intersection of sales, growth, and applied AI, designing and scaling how HelloSmile acquires, qualifies, and converts customers. You'll collaborate closely with founders, product, and customers, and your decisions will shape how we grow long-term. This is not a role with pre-defined playbooks or fixed processes. You'll help decide how GTM works, not just execute tasks. /ph3Who we're looking for /h3pYou're a builder. You learn fast, enjoy connecting with people, and care about closing real deals. You're excited by early-stage startups, where revenue, pipeline, and feedback loops are still being invented. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, making trade-offs, and taking responsibility. You don't just sell - you design systems. This role can fit different seniority levels (junior to mid-level). What matters is ownership, judgment, and ability to drive outcomes. follow-ups, experiments, and conversion playbooks. /liliAI agents for go-to-market: designing and iterating AI agents used for lead qualification, follow-ups, booking demos, reminders, and reactivation - turning GTM into a scalable, semi-automated system. /liliFeedback product loop: working directly with customers and founders to turn objections, churn reasons, and buying signals into product and messaging improvements. /li /ulh3What we need to see /h3ulliExperience in B2B sales, growth, or go-to-market, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services /liliStrong interest in AI-powered workflows, especially in go-to-market /liliAbility to run structured prospecting and manage a pipeline end-to-end /liliComfort with numbers: funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, deal velocity /liliClear communication, ownership mindset, and systematic problem-solving /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliPrevious experience in early-stage startups or taking a product from zero to first revenue /liliExperience selling to SMBs or professionals (healthcare is a plus) /liliHands-on experience with CRMs, automation tools, or no-code/low-code stacks /liliExperience designing scripts, playbooks, or sales processes that scale /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliMission: A clear, concrete problem with real economic impact for healthcare practices. /liliAutonomy: You'll define how GTM works.
