Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end ML product roadmap to enhance customers' financial management experience for 600,000+ SMEs. You will partner with data science, engineering and business teams to design scalable ML solutions and measure impact. You'll drive high-impact ML initiatives and translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders. This is a chance to shape AI-driven products at scale and advance Qonto's data-driven culture.
Responsabilità
- Own the ML product roadmap end-to-end, prioritizing work based on customer needs and business value.
- Lead ML initiatives (e.g., Attachment Matcher, Transaction Categorizer, Cashflow Management) from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful ML implementations with measurable value.
- Articulate rationale for priorities to stakeholders, including customers, product, and executives.




- Monitor ML model and product performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.

Requisiti fondamentali
- Product management experience with a data/ML focus; track record of 0→1 or scale of ML/data products
- Technical fluency in ML; ability to translate complex concepts into requirements
