Deliver advanced Security Operations and Incident Response services across client environments.
Investigate security incidents and support containment, remediation, and recovery activities.
Improve detection capabilities through SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, and threat hunting activities.
Assess security controls and provide recommendations to strengthen clients’ cybersecurity posture.
Drive automation, process improvement, and the adoption of security best practices.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for cybersecurity operations and security improvement initiatives.
Act as a technical point of reference for clients on operational topics, providing updates and supporting escalations when needed.
4–7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, or Managed Security Services.
~ Solid knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and security monitoring practices.
~ Strong understanding of Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory / Entra ID, networking, and cloud security concepts.
~ Experience investigating security incidents and analyzing security events across complex environments.
~ Ability to assess security risks and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
