ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pWe are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Food , Beverage Manager to take overall responsibility for BAR BOCA and lead both the front- back-of-house teams. Key responsibilities include: /p ul liOverall Leadership: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the restaurant, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience. /li liTeam Management , Development: Lead, mentor, coach and inspire the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager and wider F, B team. /li liCulture , Teamwork: Create a respectful, positive and professional working environment that encourages teamwork, employee development, motivation and accountability. /li liFinancial Management: Manage daily cost controls, budgets, revenue targets and financial performance while identifying opportunities to improve profitability. /li liOperational Standards: Maintain high standards of service, presentation, food quality, hygiene, safety and overall restaurant operations. /li liPurchasing , Controls: Oversee purchasing, inventory, supplier relationships and operational controls in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager. /li liMarket , Commercial Awareness: Understand the local Curaçao market, guest preferences,



buying patterns and emerging hospitality trends, while developing opportunities for events, groups and incentive business. /li liGuest Experience: Be a visible and welcoming presence in the restaurant, building relationships with guests and ensuring issues are handled professionally and efficiently. /li /ul pRequirements: /p ul liProven experience in Food , Beverage Management, Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management, preferably in an upscale restaurant, resort or hotel environment. /li liDegree or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel , Restaurant Management or Food Service Management preferred. /li liStrong leadership, communication and organizational skills. /li liCommercially minded with a solid understanding of budgeting, cost control and revenue management. /li liSelf-driven, energetic, hands-on and solution-oriented. /li liFluent in English, Dutch, Spanish and/or Papiamentu are an advantage. /li liValid Certificate of Good Conduct. /li liValid driving license preferred. /li liProfessional, representative and a strong team player. /li /ul pvetrinabakeca /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
