Thanks to the outstanding quality and continuous innovation of our products, we are currently going through a solid expansion phase on the global market, for which we aim to reinforce our strongly international teams with top talent from anywhere in the world. /p pNon aspetti a candidarsi dopo aver letto questa descrizione: per questa possibilità è previsto un elevato volume di candidature. /p pWe are looking for an PRODUCT ENGINEER – HELME TS to join the RD department who will develop and maintain the complete 3D and 2D design of helmet components, ensuring technical quality, manufacturability and alignment with product vision. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into solid and production-ready solutions, contributing to innovation and performanc /p ul liYou will create and maintain 3D models and 2D technical drawings for all helmet components (outer shell, EPS, liner, vent systems, accessories, visors). /li liYou will actively participate in the entire product development process: concept, design, prototyping, industrialization providing proper documentation for each phase. /li liYou will also propose and design technical solutions (snap-fits, vents, modular parts, integration with interiors).



/li liYou will ensure compliance with homologation regulations (ECE, DOT, etc.), quality standards, and internal requirements. /li liWill work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with Design, Project Management and Prototyping teams for continuous iteration and alignment. /li liYou will ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) compliance for new models in development. /li liYou will liaise closely and collaborate with external suppliers and toolmakers (mainly in Asia) for design verification and tooling feedback. /li liYou will support physical validation and 3D printed prototype reviews, ensuring each part matches its related functional expectations. /li /ul ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial design or equivalent. /li liA minimum of 2 years' experience in product CAD design (helmets, consumer goods, sports equipment, automotive). /li liPrevious expertise in the Motorcycle Helmets' sphere will be necessary. /li liExcellent knowledge of CATIA V5/V6. /li liKnowledge of mechanical kinematics and materials (thermoplastics, composites, foams), as well as most common production process (injection moulding, thermoforming, laminations). /li liSkills in defining dimensional tolerances and functional analysis. /li liKnowledge in helmet products, helmet construction, the scope of every helmet component, as well as the basic concept of impact energy management will be considered a plus. /li liSolid communication and teamwork skills and detail-oriented mindset. /li liFluent in English (Italian is a plus). /li /ul pOther Information Location: Asolo, TV (Italy) Compensation Package: From €45,000 (depending on experience) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
