ph3Construction Engineer – TSF, Site Prep Batching Plant /h3 pIn this role you ensure on-site construction aligns with project plans while guiding subcontractors and internal teams. You will act as a technical resource, solving complex problems and applying discipline knowledge to improve delivery. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Subcontracting, Procurement and Project Controls to keep work on schedule and within guidelines. This position supports project success by coordinating information flow, managing RFIs, and validating build quality. You’ll contribute to the energy transition by delivering safe, efficient subsea and onshore projects. /p ul liLead site construction activities per plans, specs, and schedules. /li liSupport Construction Director and Area managers for on-site setup and completion. /li liCoordinate with Home Office Engineering, Subcontracting, Procurement, and Project Controls to plan and enable site subcontractor works. /li liCoordinate with Completions Manager and QA/QC Lead for final inspections and as-built documentation. /li liDevelop/design through on-site engineering activities and respond to RFIs/Field Work Orders. /li liSupport setup and administration of the AWP system for on-site activities.



/li liIssue and monitor project deliverables to Subcontractors and manage RFIs for document control. /li liPerform constructability reviews with home office engineering and coordinate with Subcontractors for input. /li liManage Engineering support via Project Manager at the home office. /li liClose out RFIs and incorporate into turnover systems for client care and custody. /li liAnalyze progress and schedule performance; lead weekly planning meetings with PMT and Subcontractors. /li liAssist Subcontractors to generate weekly IWPs and manage material requests and deliveries. /li liRecord and communicate lessons learned. /li liFive years of construction experience. /li liKnowledge of MDR construction procedures, progress systems, material management, document management, and timekeeping systems. /li liMS Office skills, esp.
