Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, salesmen, distributors, and others within the area. Maintain continuous communications with Call Control and the department Manager/Supervisor. /p h3DUTIES RESPONSIBILITES /h3 ul liØ Respond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on duty. /li liØ Perform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established company safety policy. /li liØ Perform all work using good working practice and current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned task. /li liØ Ensure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures. /li liØ Assist in ensuring that the planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a min 90% . /li liØ Assist call control to schedule, plan and complete any works as required, using established work flow procedures. /li liØ Keep call control informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs. /li liØ Maintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors with the site change form. /li liØ Support company vision and management decision. /li liØ Ensure that all ISO 9001:2000 agreed processes are followed. /li liØ Keep company vehicle clean and properly maintained. /li liØ You will be expected to look after all tooling and company property issued to enable the tasks to be carried out. /li liØ Work as part of the service team. /li liØ Follow up and follow through with any and all assigned tasks. /li liØ Submit daily paperwork in a timely,



accurate and complete manner and in case of Wireless Field Service ensure the job is debriefed in a complete and accurate manner at the customer’s premises where possible /li liØ Ensure availability to work during weekend and nights /li liØ Report sales or service leads to the proper department /li liØ Provide a positive influence to peers /li liØ Provide on site technical assistance with difficult problems /li liØ Work closely assist department supervisors, salesman, contracts engineer managers with their day-to day operational duties. /li liØ Attend customer meetings as required /li liØ The employee ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of (Export Compliance), (Import Compliance), (EU Arrivals and Despatching), as well as (Supply Chain Security) is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company International Trade Compliance Regulation certification program itself /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liØ Experience of working in a technical service or test environment of Air Conditioning equipment essential /li liØ Computer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook) /li liØ Previous field service experience essential /li liØ Excellent customer service skills /li liØ Strong communication skills /li liØ Self starter, ability to plan , organise and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure /li liØ Clean Valid driving license /li /ul h3WORKING CONDITIONS: /h3 ul liØ A significant amount of after hours and weekend work, frequently scheduled with little notice /li liØ Travel on a daily basis to and from customer sites /li liØ Will be required to stay away from home or travel long distances. /li liØ Occasional heavy lifting required /li liØ You will be expected to operate as part of a team /li liØ Participate on the 24/7 on call rota. /li liØ May be required to travel abroad from time to time. /liliØ You will be supplied with a Company uniform, which must be warn at all times while working. /li /ul pThe above duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and requirements of the position, and are not intended to be an exhaustive list.
