Are you passionate about education and excited to contribute to innovative learning experiences?br/At GoStudent, we're looking for a bJunior Tutor Operations Manager /bto support the recruitment of tutors across both our online marketplace and our growing network of offline centers and education projects.br/You'll play a key role in ensuring that students are matched with excellent tutors while supporting the expansion of exciting initiatives such as LEGO Robotics courses.br/As part of the Tutor Team, you'll contribute to btutor recruitment, selection, onboarding and operational excellence /band work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. /p h3Your Role in Our Journey /h3 ul libOnline Tutor Recruitment /b ul liReview tutor registrations and ensure candidates meet GoStudent's quality standards. /li liGuide candidates throughout the recruitment journey and provide an excellent tutor experience. /li liPerform onboarding and compliance checks, ensuring all required documentation is completed before tutors become active. /li /ul /li libOffline Recruitment Talent Acquisition /b ul liConduct tutor interviews and assess subject expertise, motivation and communication skills. /li liRecruit tutors for GoStudent Learning Centres, LEGO Robotics courses and other offline education projects. /li liSource and qualify tutor candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including outbound outreach. /li liCoordinate interviews, scheduling and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. /li liSupport local recruitment campaigns based on geographical demand and subject shortages.
