Our focus is on automating the complete material and data flow of the laser cutting and bending process chain. /p h3In a nutshell /h3 pAs a 2nd Level Service Technician, you will provide hands‑on support to 1st Level Support teams, ensuring maximum uptime of TUBE machines at customer premises worldwide. /p h3What drives this department /h3 pThe Service department is a reliable partner for our customers worldwide. Our service team is made up of dedicated and passionate experts who strive to create an outstanding customer experience. /p h3What you will be doing /h3 h3Technical area: /h3 ul liInstalling, fully disassembling, revising, assembling, commissioning handing over Bystronic tube laser machines, including system integrations. /li liResolve very complex issues. Act as role models to mentor other technicians. /li liAssemble electric, pneumatic and hydraulic installations. /li liPerform advanced repairs and measurements. /li liRetrofit Bystronic Machines at the customer site, including modifying and retrofitting electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. /li liPerform updates/modifications on complex issues where solution is not clearly defined. /li liDiagnose and adjust parameters of CNC/PLC systems. /li liPerform CNC/PLC software updates / downgrades and tests whether those were successful. /li /ul h3Customer interactions: /h3 ul liIidentify needs and opportunity for upgrades to support customer needs. /li liAdvice and optimization suggestions for machines at the customer’s place. /li /ul h3Internal collaboration and learning: /h3 ul liComplete and communicate required reports such as: service reports, customer feedback and installation documentation in CRM. /li liTrain other employees on safety instructions and technological skills in PLC / CNC knowledge. /li liFollow and initiate quality improvements per ISO guidelines.
