ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions. /li liDeliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues. /li liBuild and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support. /li liSupport new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market. /li liCollect and communicate customer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues to Product and RD teams. /li liSupport local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing. /li liMaintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials. /li liWork closely with Sales, Product, Service and RD teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.



/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or a related technical field. /li liRelevant experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems is highly preferred. /li liGood understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning. /li liPrevious experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering is preferred. /li liStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /li liComfortable communicating directly with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers. /li liStrong customer-service mindset and ability to manage technical issues independently. /li liGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li liWillingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe. /li liFluent Italian and good English skills are required. xlwpduy Chinese is preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
