monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs brEnsure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing system brCollaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activities brParticipate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met brContribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes brWHO YOU ARE br3–4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environments brUniversity Degree (Architecture/ Engineering) brGood analytical skills, with familiarity in cost tracking brExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) brKnowledge of CAD brProactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving skills brStrong organizational and time management skills brWHAT WE OFFER brThe position provides for a base salary between: 35,000-40,000brRemuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.brWithin the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. brThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
