ppPart of the MoOngy Group, bAgap2 /b operates across the European market in 14 countries, providing engineering and plant engineering consultancy services. Since 2018, bAgap2 Italia /b has been operating across the Italian market in the following sectors: Energy, OilGas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Construction. /p pWe are looking for a bPlanning Engineer /b with at least b8 years of experience /b in project planning and scheduling within OilGas and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring and updating project schedules across all project phases, from engineering and procurement through fabrication, construction, offshore installation, commissioning and handover. /p pThe role will support the Project Manager and Project Service Manager by providing schedule forecasts, progress updates, critical path analysis and delay assessments, enabling proactive project management and timely corrective actions. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain the Project Master Schedule in line with the Project Execution Plan. /li liDefine the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity coding, milestones and critical path. /li liMonitor actual progress against the approved baseline schedule. /li liUpdate project schedules with actual progress data and identify deviations. /li liDevelop recovery plans, mitigation measures and short-term look-ahead schedules. /li liMaintain progress curves, S-curves and manpower histograms. /li liCoordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore and commissioning teams to collect progress data. /li liIntegrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule. /li liMonitor key activities including yard fabrication, module assembly, civil works,



vendor deliveries, marine vessel mobilization, subsea installation, hook-up and commissioning campaigns. /li liEnsure alignment between onshore and offshore execution schedules, particularly for critical project interfaces. /li liPrepare weekly and monthly planning reports for project management and the Client. /li liPerform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and highlight potential delays and corrective actions. /li liPerform schedule impact analysis related to change orders and variations. /li liSupport claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions through Time Impact Analysis (TIA). /li liMaintain accurate planning records and schedule documentation. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university. /li liAt least b8 years of professional experience /b in project planning and scheduling after obtaining the university degree. /li liProven experience in Planning roles within OilGas, EPC or complex industrial projects. /li liStrong knowledge of project scheduling, WBS, CPM, progress monitoring and delay analysis. /li liExperience in fabrication yard, module assembly, construction and/or offshore projects. /li liGood understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities. /li liExperience coordinating multiple work fronts and project interfaces.
