They will work closely with the Logistics, Packaging, Sales and Finance departments on a daily basis. /ppThe ideal candidate will have gained significant experience working for an international freight forwarder or structured logistics operator, and will have a thorough understanding of the different modes of transport. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliOrganize and coordinate domestic and international shipments. /liliManage import/export and customs documentation. /liliPrepare export invoices and customs documentation. /liliLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. /li /ululliMonitor shipments until final delivery. /li /ululliCollaborate with the Packaging Department to define shipping methods and packaging specifications. /liliWork closely with the Sales Department to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and delivery deadlines.



/liliCollaborate with the Finance Department on the administrative and fiscal aspects of shipping operations. /liliUse SAP for operational shipment management, documentation, invoicing and the proper storage of data and company procedures. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures relating to international trade flows. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliAt least 5 years of solid experience in Import/Export activities, preferably gained within international freight forwarders or structured logistics providers. /liliIn-depth knowledge of shipping activities, including:ulliExpress shipments /liliRoad Freight (Groupage / FTL) /liliSea Freight /liliAir Freight /li /ul /liliExcellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. /liliKnowledge of one or more additional foreign languages is considered a plus. /liliGood knowledge of international trade documentation flows and procedures. /liliExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. /liliKnowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures. /liliExperience in the automatic machinery, plant engineering, or capital equipment sectors. /li /ulh3We are looking for someone who is: /h3ulliHighly motivated and proactive /liliComfortable working under pressure and managing priorities /liliResults-oriented and resilient /liliCollaborative and team-focused /liliOrganized, accurate, and solution-driven /liliEffective communicator with strong interpersonal skills /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 36.000, in line with experience.
