We are growing our Nuclear Decommissioning and Waste Management capability and
are looking for a Radwaste Worksite Supervisor Assistant to support activities
connected to a nuclear decommissioning programme in Ispra. The programme
involves the safe decommissioning of nuclear installations and the management of
associated radioactive waste.
The opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most relevant nuclear
decommissioning programmes in Italy, supporting onsite activities related to
radioactive waste management at the client site in Ispra.
This role is focused on the practical implementation of agreed technical
solutions, worksite supervision and day-to-day support to onsite activities.
How you will make an impact
Your work will support the correct management of radioactive waste generated by
decommissioning activities, combining technical input, practical worksite
supervision, documentation and daily coordination with project stakeholders.
* Support the implementation of agreed technical solutions for radioactive
waste management onsite.
* Assist with worksite supervision, helping ensure activities are carried out
in line with project requirements, safety expectations and agreed procedures.
* Apply nuclear safety, radiation protection and radioactive waste management
principles in daily onsite activities.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, QA/QC records, status updates
and supporting project materials.
