The resource, joining the Payments team, will have the opportunity to gain experience within Operations and learn about the main back-office activities related to the services of this Area.In particular, the resource will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and gain a comprehensive view of Payment Systems, understand the characteristics of the products offered by the Bank, especially to Retail customers, support both the drafting and review of operating manuals/banking procedures, and participate in the implementation or improvement of processes, including accounting-related aspects.Key ResponsibilitiesThe resource will support the team in the following activities:Management of the settlement of services offered, such as SCT payments, SDD, cheques, account closure etc.Review of operating manuals related to proceduresParticipation in the implementation or improvement of the Area’s processesWork in constant compliance with the Bank’s policiesSupport in the analysis of the most relevant transactionsSupport in preparing summary reports of data requested by other areasSupport in managing relationships with second-level functionsSupport in retrieving data for risk indicatorsSupport in supplier monitoring activitiesSupport in the analysis and closure of risk eventsRequirementsDegree in Economics or similar fieldsGood IT skills – MS Office, particularly ExcelAccuracy, punctuality and attention to detailFlexibility and adaptabilityGood command of EnglishPrevious experience in the field will be considered a plusAbout INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
